Marvella Umbrella Brooch. Perhaps you remember these striped umbrellas from your youth. A cluster of them in various colors was a pretty sight.
For this brooch, a direct downwards view shows the fabric top, and the ribbing through the fabric. The brooch is finished in a semi-translucent enamel which allows the metallic base to glow.
