Sumptuous c1960 Eisenberg Ice Rhinestone Brooch. This brooch provides the elegance and dazzle we all crave! Rhinestones are arranged as three flower blossoms, with nestling rhinestone leaves, tendrilling vines, and a diamond cascade to the side. Plating is in very good condition.
