Eight Black Mother-of-Pearl Matched Buttons Set. This is a vintage set of black mother-of-pearl buttons, with each measuring 1 7/16" across. The set is matched in appearance, with the second row in the photo giving a good indication of the look overall. The buttons are a beautiful pearly grey with pink, yellow and green overtones. Portrait Buttons - Napoleon, David, Norse god Thor. These three buttons are vintage and figural. The silver-finished, 15/16" across button represents the mythical, winged-helmeted Scandinavian god Thor, son of Odin. He is the Viking god of Thunder. This button is fashioned as an old coin.
